How the pilot runs

- Intake. A short questionnaire covers the meeting type, the audience (internal, external, or both), your preferred handoff format, timezone, and date conventions. A privacy and redaction checklist comes with it.
- Acceptance. You send synthetic or already-redacted material, and the redacted source and scope are confirmed with you. Work begins after this step passes.
- Delivery. The full packet arrives within two business days after the redacted source and scope are accepted.
- Review and completion. Your reviewer runs the human review checklist and sends owner or date corrections; one revision is included. You pay the remaining $200 after completion.
The no-login privacy boundary
The pilot is designed to work without touching your live systems.
- No logins requested or required. No Slack, Teams, calendar, email, CRM, or project-management access at any point in the pilot.
- Start privacy-minimized. Begin with a synthetic sample or already-redacted notes. The included checklist walks your team through the redaction pass.
- What must be removed before material enters the workflow. Direct identifiers, credentials and secrets, payment details, and unnecessary customer or personnel data.
- Separate handling for sensitive matters. Legal, HR, medical, and security-related content is excluded from the pilot and requires its own scope.
- Fail closed. If redaction strips so much context that source references cannot be checked, the pilot pauses and returns the redaction or source gap for review rather than inferring missing context.
Human review is part of the product
The packet is a review-ready draft, not an auto-send.
Each item carries a source reference and acceptance criteria, so a person on your side can confirm owners, dates, and decisions against the source before follow-up goes out. The workflow does not send messages, create tasks, or write to calendars or other systems — you remain the sender of record.

If the source cannot be safely redacted, or audience boundaries stay unclear, the pilot holds at the acceptance step instead of proceeding and returns the gap for review.
