Nathan Management ("we", "our", "the service") is a California-based business operated by Andrew James Flores. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how you can ask us to delete it.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us directly
Contact details — name, business name, email address, and (optionally) phone number when you email us, fill a contact form, or pay for a service.
Project details — business website URL, target keywords, social handles, and other information you share so we can deliver an audit, build a one-page site, set up a Google Business Profile, or produce a content pack.
Payment details — handled entirely by PayPal. We never see or store your full card number. We only receive a transaction confirmation (amount, your name, your email).
Information we collect automatically
Basic site analytics — page views and referrer source, collected via privacy-respecting analytics that do not use third-party tracking cookies.
Pinterest conversion tracking — we run Pinterest's conversion tag (tag ID 2612889405201) to measure the performance of Pinterest content and ad campaigns. Pinterest may set cookies and collect data about your visit. You can opt out via Pinterest's ad settings at pinterest.com/settings/privacy.
Email engagement — when you reply to or open an email we send via AgentMail, the underlying mail provider records open and click events as part of standard email infrastructure.
Information from connected platforms
If you authorize us to connect to a platform on your behalf (for example, granting our Pinterest app access to publish pins to your account), we receive only the scopes you approve and only for the duration you keep the connection active. We do not request more permissions than necessary for the work you've hired us for.
2. How we use your information
To deliver the service you've paid for or asked about.
To send you the deliverable (audit report, code files, content pack, etc.) and follow-up support emails.
To improve our internal tooling — for example, anonymized patterns from audit results help us refine our scoring rubric. We never share or sell client-identifying data.
To comply with legal and tax requirements (we keep transaction records for the period required by U.S. law).
3. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with these categories of third parties, and only as needed to operate:
Payment processor — PayPal handles all transactions. PayPal's privacy policy applies to that data.
Email infrastructure — AgentMail (a managed email provider, which uses Amazon SES under the hood) sends and receives email on our behalf.
Hosting — Vercel hosts this website.
Connected platforms you authorize — for example, when you grant our Pinterest app a token, we use it solely to perform the actions you've requested (publishing pins you've approved, reading analytics for boards you own).
Compliance — if required by valid legal process, we may share information with law enforcement. We will tell you about any such request unless legally prohibited.
4. How long we keep your data
Active client data — for the duration of our engagement plus 12 months, in case you come back for revisions or follow-up work.
Transaction records — 7 years (U.S. tax retention period).
Email correspondence — 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Connected-platform tokens — only while the connection is active. Revoke from the platform at any time and we lose access immediately.
5. Your rights
You can:
Ask what personal data we have about you.
Ask us to correct or update it.
Ask us to delete it (subject to the tax-retention window for transaction records).
Ask us to stop sending you email.
Withdraw any platform authorization you've granted us.
This site uses functional cookies (e.g., to remember dark/light mode preference if you set one) and the Pinterest conversion-tag cookie described under Section 2. We do not run other advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
7. Children
This service is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, email us and we'll delete it.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change anything material in this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date and email everyone whose data we hold at the time. Minor wording fixes don't trigger a notification.
