Pinterest Integration

Nathan Management uses Pinterest only for owned accounts or accounts that directly authorize Nathan Management to help with approved Pinterest content, measurement, and publishing support.

1. Intended use

The Nathan Management Pinterest app supports Pinterest workflows for Nathan Management's owned Pinterest account and for client accounts that intentionally authorize Nathan Management to help with content they requested.

• Create, review, and publish Pinterest pins only after the content has been approved by a human operator.
• Read board, pin, and performance information needed to confirm that approved content was created correctly.
• Support compliant affiliate and business content with clear disclosure such as #ad or #WALMARTPartner where required.
• Measure performance from Pinterest traffic to Nathan Management pages and approved destination links.

2. What the app does not do

• It does not publish to accounts that Nathan Management does not own or manage with written authorization.
• It does not run spam, bulk-follow, scraping, engagement manipulation, comment automation, or unsolicited outreach.
• It does not hide affiliate relationships or remove required FTC/platform disclosures.
• It does not sell, rent, or transfer Pinterest account tokens.
• It does not make platform-policy decisions automatically; uncertain cases are held for review.

3. Data accessed

Depending on the permissions granted by Pinterest, the app may access account, board, pin, and analytics information needed to perform the approved task. Nathan Management uses that data only to create, verify, maintain, or measure the Pinterest content connected to the approved workflow.

4. Human review and disclosure process

All Pinterest publishing workflows are designed around review before live posting. Pins that include affiliate links, sponsored links, or creator-commerce links must include appropriate disclosure in the visible pin copy, landing page, or both.

• Amazon affiliate content uses disclosure language such as "As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases" or #ad where space is limited.
• Walmart Creator content uses disclosure language such as #WALMARTPartner and #ad where required.
• Client content is reviewed against the client's approved offer, brand rules, and platform requirements before posting.

5. Authorization and revocation

Users can revoke Pinterest authorization at any time from Pinterest's account settings or by contacting Nathan Management. After access is revoked, Nathan Management can no longer use the Pinterest app for that account unless the user authorizes it again.

6. Security and retention

Access tokens and related operational records are kept only as long as needed for the authorized workflow, troubleshooting, legal compliance, or platform audit requirements. Access is limited to Nathan Management operations and is not shared with unrelated third parties.
