Returns Policy

This policy explains when and how you can return a physical product purchased directly from Nathan Management. For information on getting your money back, see our Refund Policy.

1. Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after 30 days may be considered on a case-by-case basis but cannot be guaranteed.

2. Item condition

To be eligible for a standard return, the item should be:

Items returned damaged through customer use, missing parts, or not in resalable condition may receive a partial refund or no refund, at our reasonable discretion.

4. Exceptions — made-to-order and personalized items

Most of our physical products are print-on-demand or personalized, meaning they are produced specifically for your order and cannot be restocked or resold. For that reason, made-to-order and personalized items are not returnable for change-of-mind reasons. The only exception — and it is always honored — is when the item is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered. In those cases, see Section 1 of the Refund Policy for a replacement or refund.

Digital products cannot be returned because they are delivered electronically; see the Refund Policy for how faulty digital products are handled.

5. How to start a return

Email NathanManagementCeo@gmail.com before sending anything back, and include:

We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions or, where applicable, a prepaid label. Please don't ship anything back before we confirm the return — unauthorized returns may not be processed and could be lost.

6. After we receive your return

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm the outcome. Approved refunds are processed per our Refund Policy, to your original payment method.
