Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with what you buy from Nathan Management. This policy explains when a refund is available, how to request one, and how long refunds take. It applies to products purchased directly from Nathan Management.

1. When you can get a refund

You are entitled to a refund or a free replacement in these cases:

For these cases, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue (and of the shipping label/packaging for damaged items). This helps us file a claim with the fulfillment partner and resolve it quickly.

2. Refund window

Refund requests should be made within 30 days of delivery for physical products. Requests made after 30 days may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but cannot be guaranteed.

3. Digital products

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned once accessed, digital products are generally non-refundable once the download or access has been provided. Exceptions: if a digital product is faulty, does not match its description, or you were charged in error, contact us and we will make it right with a fix, replacement, or refund.

4. Made-to-order and personalized items

Print-on-demand and personalized products are produced specifically for your order. For that reason, refunds and returns for buyer's-remorse reasons (for example, you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the item) are limited. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are always covered under Section 1, regardless of personalization.

5. How to request a refund

6. Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. After we approve a refund, we process it on our side within 2 business days. From there, your bank or payment provider typically takes an additional 5–10 business days to post the funds to your account; the exact timing is controlled by them, not by us.
