Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

Nathan Management sells two kinds of products: physical products (print-on-demand and dropship items produced and shipped through fulfillment partners such as Printify and Shopify-connected suppliers) and digital products (files delivered electronically). This policy explains how each is fulfilled and delivered.

1. Physical products (print-on-demand & dropship)

Processing time

Most physical products are made to order, meaning the item is produced after you place your order rather than pulled from existing stock. Production and processing typically take 2–5 business days before the order ships. During holidays, sales, or unusually high demand, processing can take longer; if we expect a meaningful delay we will email you.

Shipping carriers and delivery timeframes

Orders ship from our fulfillment partners using standard carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or a regional carrier chosen by the partner. Estimated delivery times after the order ships:

These are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery depends on the carrier, the destination, customs (for international orders), weather, and other factors outside our control.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we send a confirmation email with tracking information where the carrier provides it. You can use that tracking number to follow your shipment. If tracking hasn't updated for several days, contact the carrier first; if you still need help, email us and we'll assist.

Shipping costs

Shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, based on the product, destination, and selected shipping method. Unless a product page or promotion clearly states "free shipping," shipping is paid by the customer. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price you pay us.

2. Digital products

Digital products (such as files, templates, or reports) are not shipped physically. They are delivered electronically — by download link or by email — typically immediately after payment or within 1 business day for items that require a manual step. No shipping cost applies to digital products. If you don't receive your digital product, check your spam folder and then email us.

3. Addresses and undeliverable orders

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to the sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require a re-shipping charge. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we'll work with the fulfillment partner and carrier to resolve it.

4. Order changes and cancellations

Because physical products are made to order, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will accommodate changes when the order has not yet entered production or shipped. Once an item is in production or has shipped, changes may not be possible.
